The bursary covers travel only; accommodation, meals, and other costs are not included. Applicants must pay the full registration fee and provide a brief justification for financial aid (max. 100 words). Selected presenters receive shared accommodation. Non-presenters requesting accommodation will be considered first-come, first-served.

Refunds: Requests accepted before 23:00 IST, 16th of august 2026 (minus transaction fees). No refunds after 17th of august 2026. With documented visa delays, We will do our best to assist, but refunds in such cases are not guaranteed. On-spot registrations are non-refundable.
