Stall registration is open to organisations and individuals working in conservation, herpetology, education, media, design, or related fields. Applications close on 16th August 2026, and stalls are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

The stall fee is ₹5,000 ($58 USD) per institute, which includes food and refreshments for two representatives from the organization. Please note that this does not include access to conference sessions or related resources. After registration, a payment link will be sent, and your booking will be confirmed once payment has been received.
