The symposium will take place at the J.N. Tata Auditorium, located within the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) campus, Bengaluru. Locally, IISc is commonly referred to as the "Tata Institute" a helpful name to use when asking for directions from taxi drivers, auto rickshaw drivers, and bus conductors.

If you need further travel assistance, volunteers will be present at the venue, and a help desk will be set up at the registration area throughout the event.

From Kempegowda International Airport (KIAL)

Distance: Approximately 35 km
Travel Time: 60–90 minutes (depending on traffic)

Auto Rickshaws in Bengaluru

Auto rickshaws are a convenient way to travel short distances within the city.
•    Most drivers speak Kannada, Hindi, and basic English.
•    Namma Yatri is the best app for local autos, offering fair rates and local driver support.
•    Autos can also be booked via Ola, Uber, or Rapido.
•    Between 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m., expect a 50% surcharge or negotiate fare directly.
•    Use prepaid counters wherever available, especially at railway stations

•    Only select trains stop here
