This engaging platform welcomes non-profits, research institutions, companies, educators, filmmakers, photographers, illustrators, designers, naturalists, and field practitioners who are united by a passion for biodiversity and impactful conservation.

Stall Registration Details:

  • Open to: Organisations and independent practitioners working in conservation, herpetology, education, media, design, or related fields
  • Deadline to apply: 16th August 2026
  • Stall slots: Limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
  • The stall fee is ₹5,000 ($58 USD) per institute. This includes access to food and refreshments for two representatives from the organization. Please note that this fee does not cover access to conference sessions or related resources.

  • After receiving the registration, a payment link will be sent. The registration will be considered complete once the payment has been received.
