Financial Aid & Bursaries
To promote inclusive participation and support early-career researchers from underrepresented regions, we are pleased to offer partial financial aid to a limited number of participants from South Asia, Southeast Asia, and Africa whose abstracts have been accepted for oral or poster presentations.

Travel Support
The bursary covers travel costs only (to and from the conference location). Accommodation, meals, and other expenses are not included. All bursary applicants are required to pay the full registration fee at the time of registration.
You must indicate your need for financial aid when submitting your abstract and include a brief justification (maximum 100 words) explaining why financial assistance is required. Please also mention any additional funding or sources of support available to help you attend the symposium.
Accommodation
Presenters selected for financial aid will be provided with shared accommodation during the conference.
Non-presenters who wish to request accommodation must indicate this during registration. These requests will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans may change. Please review our cancellation policy carefully:
Refund Eligibility:
You may request a refund (minus applicable banking/transaction charges) by contacting us before deadline 16th of august 2026.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
No Refunds After Deadline:
Cancellations made after deadline, will not be eligible for refunds under any circumstance, including personal or travel-related emergencies.
Visa-Related Exceptions:
If your travel is delayed or cancelled due to visa issues, you may email us with supporting documentation before the refund deadline. We will do our best to assist, but refunds in such cases are not guaranteed.
On-Spot Registration:
No refunds are available for on-the-spot registrations.
